Each day at Prospect Hill begins with a full country breakfast served on a tray in the privacy of your own guest room or in the main dining room which offers an opportunity to visit with other guests.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM or earlier unless other times have been arranged in advance. Dinner is served at 8 PM on Fri and Sat and at 7 PM Sun thru Thurs. Our four course pre-fixe dinners at tables for two are available by reservation most evenings at $49 per person and include our pre-dinner wine reception and the complete dinner including dessert. Our pre-dinner wine rreception is offered one-half hour before the dinner bellrings. Breakfast is served between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. each morning either on a tray to your room or in the dining room..POLICIES: Reservation deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of your reservation. Full refunds with no service charge will be made only if cancelled or changed fourteen (14) days in advance of arrival date or, if less than fourteen days, if the room is reserved by another party. Booking the entire inn for weddings, conferences, etc. requires 60 days notice of cancellation.
It must be understood that your deposit insures you that your accommodations will be available as confirmed and also insures us that the accommodations are sold as confirmed. Therefore, when situations arise that necessitate your cancellation less than ten days in advance, for example for illness or bad weather, we most certainly do sympathize, but we must maintain a business policy. Your deposit will not be refunded unless the room can be rebooked.
