Sanco Pansie's Cottage is a short distance away from the Manor House, through a boxwood hedge to the most private accommodation at Prospect Hill, the perfect hideaway for honeymooners. It features a cedar  ceiling and a small sitting room with CD player, an all cedar bath with double Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, and a working fireplace at the foot of the queen-sized bed.  There is a small breakfast area by the triple windows overlooking the grounds and pond and a covered porch for al fresco breakfast in nice weather with the same view.  The B&B rate for this cottage suite is $350 per day with our four course prie-fixe dinner available most evenings at $49 per person.  We also offer a complete honeymoon package with champagne, souvenies, etc. and all gratuities included (see Packages page on website.)

Before its renovation in 1988, Sanco's Pansie's cottage had last been used as the farm's chicken coop, and more recently as a place to store firewood. Originally it was the dwelling of Sanco Pansy Scott who "followed his master through four years of War 1861-1865"  as quoted from the memorial stone in the slave cemetary on the property where he is buried.
