Two days and nights at one of America's most romantic country inns featuring working fireplaces, breakfast-in-bed, intimate candlelight dining for two, peace and tranquility on an historic 18th century former plantation in the heart of Thomas Jefferson country near Charlottesville, Va. B&B rates from $195 to $350 per day which include lodging, breakfast, and gratuities depending on which room or suite you choose. 7% sales tax not included. Also available most evenings by reservation is our four course prie-fixe dinner at $49 per person.  Two night stays usually required for Saturday. Single night stay OK if not on a Saturday or holiday.  If you prefer, we also offer all-inclusive MAP package rates from $295 to $550 with dinner and gratuities all included.

Come and spend any two nights at Prospect Hill at our regular B&B rates of $195 to $350 and receive the third night at half price (from $97.50 to $175 depending on room chosen. 

Monticello Reserved Tour Package

Prospect Hill can now reserve specific admission times for our guests and provide entrance admission with our pre-paid vouchers for all of  the tours offered at Monticello.  We will be happy to book your tour times and  include these in your account to save you time without the need to wait on lines.  We will be happy to discuss the options available when you book your stay with us.

Honeymoon Package

Two days and nights in one of our romantic private cottage suites with double jacuzzi, wood burning fireplace, a bottle of chilled champagne on arrival, four course prie-fixe candlelite dinners each evening, breakfasts-in-bed (or in dining room if preferred), and souvenier matching t-shirts all add up to an unforgettable beginning for your marriage. Special all-inclusive package rate of $1,295.00 for two nights includes everything above as well as all taxes and gratuities.

Special discounts for non-holiday weekdays Sun thru Thurs except for busiest seasons in Spring and Fall. B&B Rates range from $175 to $315 for two per day which includes lodging, breakfast-in-bed, and all gratuities. Complete four course candlelight prie-fixe dinner is also available most evenings at $49.00, with pre-dinner wine reception included.  Optional wine with dinner and 7% sales tax not included.
