Over the three decades since 1977 that the Sheehan family has been taking in guests to continue the tradition started by the Overton family soon after the Civil War, we have adopted many recipes from varied sources, and due to Mother's southern French heritage, have seasoned them with just a touch of Provence. To satisfy many guest requests, we have included a few of our favorite recipes to let you sample at home some of the tastes you can enjoy when you come to visit us Prospect Hill.
