One of the great things about Shenandoah National Park is that you don’t even have to leave your car to get an up-close look at the gorgeous scenery! Go for a ride on Skyline Drive, a 100-mile stretch of road that winds its way through the park and features over 75 scenic overlooks throughout. The speed limit here is only 35 mph, so you can relax and take in all of the beauty the park has to offer. Bikes are also allowed, and are another fantastic way to ride Skyline. This option presents a worthy challenge for more experienced cyclists looking to see all of the park that they can.
